For whom? For participants of the Science Slam Basel on 3 October & for everyone interested. The workshop is suited for people without or with previous slamming experience 🙂
Costs: Free for Science Slam Basel participants, for everyone else 20 CHF
Content: The workshop is designed to show how you can prepare a Science Slam. The workshops includes:
- General introduction: What is a Science Slam? What elements does it have? What storytelling can you use?
- How to find a good analogy
- How to find a good meme
- How to show your passion for you topic and why your topic matters for the audience
- How to balance science and entertainment
